Learnn.cc is a website that provides you the best resources, freebies, and learning material on the internet. It is a website that I re-designed for my client.

## The problem

The client has website with a lot of resources and freebies. He wanted to make it more user friendly and easy to navigate. He also wanted to add a lot of new features to the website with a new design.

## The solution

I built a new website for the client with a new design and a lot of new features. The client has data in AirTable. So, I used AirTable API to fetch the data and display it on the website.

I implemented features like,

- Search
- Filter
- Load limited resources
- Infinite scrolling

## Introduction

Meta Magnet is a metadata API service that provides you with the metadata of any URL. It is a free and open-source service that can be used by anyone. It is built using NodeJS, ExpressJS, and [Supabase](https://supabase.com).

## Purpose of this project

- To provide an affordable solutions for developers who want to use metadata in their applications
- Heroku was no longer providing free dynos for the project, so I decided to create an express.js server and host it on Vercel to test the performance of the server.

## Challenges

- The biggest challenge was to run a scheduler which would run every 24 hours to reset the limit of the API calls.
- The second challenge was to host the server on Vercel, as it was my first time hosting a server on Vercel.
- To create a middleware that would check the limit of the API calls as well as the API key is valid or not and the plan (free or pro) of the user.

## Applied solutions

- There's a package for scheduler in NodeJS called node-cron, which can be used to run a scheduler.
- But the good news for me was Supabase has a [built-in cron scheduler](https://supabase.com/blog/postgres-as-a-cron-server) which can be used to run scheduler sql queries in their built in sql editor.
- [This tool](https://crontab.guru/) is very helpful to create cron jobs scheduler time patterns.

## What I learned

- I learned how to host a server on Vercel.
- I learned how to use Supabase.
- I learned Cron scheduler to reset daily quota.

## The Challenge

- Client wanted a website that would be easy to navigate and would be able to showcase their products and services
- Client wanted a website that would be easy to update and maintain using CMS
- Multiple languages were required for the website to be able to reach a wider audience

## The Solution

- We used content management system (CMS) - [Sanity](https://www.sanity.io/) to make it easy for the client to update the website
- We used EmailJS to integrate the contact form
- The website is available in multiple languages using Google translator widget
- We used [Vercel](https://vercel.com/) for hosting the website

## The Result

- We used NextJS to pre-render the website using SSG and make it SEO friendly
- The website is easy to navigate and is easy to update and responsive on all devices
- The website is available in multiple languages

## Introduction

I have been writing blogs for a long time now. I have tried many blogging platforms like Medium, Dev.to, Hashnode, etc. But I always felt that I am not in control of my content.

I wanted to have my own blog where I can write about anything I want. I also wanted to have a platform where I can share my projects and my journey as a developer. So I decided to build my own blog.

## Content Management System

I have used Contentful as my CMS. It is a headless CMS which allows me to manage my content in a structured way. I can also use the Contentful API to fetch the content and display it on my blog.

## Introduction

Viapply is a Canadian visa agency that helps you to apply for visa.

## Requirements

They wanted to create a website that would help them to get more clients and also help them to get more leads. They wanted some content control on the website so that they can update the content whenever they want.

## Applied Solution

We used NextJS for the frontend and Firebase for the backend. To full fill the content control requirements, we used [contentful](https://www.contentful.com/) as a headless CMS. We also used [Vercel](https://vercel.com/) for the deployment.

We also created application form which is handled by firebase from backend and also used [react-hook-form](https://react-hook-form.com/) for the form validation.

## Result

We created a website that is fully responsive and also created a form that is fully functional. We also created a dashboard for the admin where they can update the content whenever they want.

## Client Feedback

They were very happy with the work and also they were very happy with the communication. They also said that they will work with us again in the future.

They wanted a website that would showcase their services and help them grow their business. They also wanted a website that would be easy to maintain and update.

- A website that would showcase their services and help them grow their business.
- A website that would be fast and SEO friendly.

## Solution

We used NextJS as the framework for the website. NextJS is a React framework that is built for production. It is fast, SEO friendly, and easy to maintain. We used TailwindCSS for styling the website.

## Result

The website is fast, SEO friendly. Approximately within 10 days of launching the website, Website ranked on the first page of Google related to their name and services.

## Client Feedback

Client was happy with the website and the services provided by us. They were happy with the website speed and SEO friendliness of the website.

## Introduction

[xLinks](https://xlinks.pro/) is a bio link generator for your social media profiles. It allows you to create a personalized profile URL and add links to your social media profiles. You can also add a profile picture and a short bio.

User authentication is done using Google OAuth. The user can create, edit, and delete their profile. The profile URL is personalized and can be accessed using xlinks.pro/username.
